We are seeking a Compliance Subject Matter Expert to become an integral member of our Customer Success Management (CSM) team. This remote position will afford you the opportunity to engage with clients, helping them navigate compliance challenges while fostering product adoption and innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define governance requirements and establish objectives for compliance strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various cybersecurity control frameworks and regulatory directives to ensure effective governance.
- Acquire mastery of our products, aligning your compliance expertise with optimal utilization by clients.
- Conduct engaging customer enablement sessions and training to empower stakeholders and influence product adoption.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and promoting our compliance solutions.
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity control frameworks and U.S. government directives.
- Strong relationship management and client engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in creating dynamic training materials and conducting customer enablement sessions.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with technical teams for the development of training resources.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance-focused capacity within the U.S. government or commercial sector.
- Deep familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
- Expertise in U.S. cybersecurity control frameworks and directives such as NIST 800-53 R4/R5, NIST 800-171⁄172, and CMMC Version 2.0.
- Current security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% if located outside of the Washington D.C. area.
